Position Title: Director of Enrollment Management Operations
Reporting To: Vice President for Enrollment Management

Job Overview:
The Director of Enrollment Management Operations provides leadership in the utilization of business intelligence, data analytics, and information systems to support the development and implementation of the undergraduate, graduate, and adult learner admissions processes. This position will take the lead in administering Technolutions’ Slate CRM, the student information system for recruitment and admission.
Essential Functions:
Imports data into admission systems from external sources and exports data for
distribution to various divisions and departments.
Oversees quality assurance for documents in Perceptive Content.
Supports university student recruitment efforts by maintaining the integrity of data
entered into the database.
Creates admission funnel reports for undergraduate, online, and graduate student
admission.
Provides the data required to meet the needs of the Office of Admission by using
query management tools, researching data requests to support enrollment goals, and
recruitment initiatives.
Builds and updates all Technolutions Slate CRM hosted applications and forms.
Identifies and assists with resolving related processing and technology problems.
Develops implementation and integration strategies for the Technoloutions Slate
CRM; manages the functionality of features within Slate, as well as system-related
processes for end-users within the Office of Admissions offices to ensure
standardization of use and data.
Serves as a Power User and problem-solves issues within the Technoloutions Slate
CRM and other technology systems.
Monitors business requirements, identifies gaps in current functionality, and suggests
enhancements to policies and procedures.
Identifies data integrity issues and improvement needs; recommends solutions and
coordinates the execution of data cleanup/enhancement processes.
Partners with Student Financial Services to ensure an accurate and efficient flow of
applicant data.
Develops training material, and facilitates training sessions for current and new staff in
the proper use of Admissions- specific technology.
Assists with the implementation of automated communication plans, including the
creation of population groups for drip campaigns.
Participates in various on-campus events for the Office of Admissions offices.
Qualifications:

Education:
A Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college is required.
Five or more years experience working in higher education admissions with at
least two years in a senior admissions role.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of admission terminology and standardized testing practices.
Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems used
in higher education is preferred required.
Experience utilizing Technolutions Slate CRM and knowledge of data logic and
querying tools is required.
Ability to translate data and business process needs between end users and
programmers.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively solve problems independently.
Ability to work a varied schedule with flexible hours including weekends and
evenings.
Demonstrated ability at planning and organizing multiple projects and tasks.
Ability to learn and apply institutional policies and procedures.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize work effectively.
Special Work Schedule Requirements:
Work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Some evening hours as designated by the Vice President for Enrollment Management or his designee.

Full-time employees are eligible to receive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Full-Time employees can earn between 18-23 paid time off a year. The employer covers tuition remission after 90 days of employment and covers 100 % (employees responsible for books and technology fees). The college is committed to work-life balance and has a summer schedule from June through August. We currently have 14 paid holidays, including a winter break.
