Job Description
Chapman Automotive Group is searching for a SEM Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving our online advertising campaigns and maximizing our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google and Bing as well as a deep understanding of marketing analytics, business and media metrics. They will also have a results-driven mindset with experience in a leadership capacity. This role will work with the Digital Marketing Team and report to the Marketing and Media Director.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across multiple channels that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance and adjust strategy accordingly to improve KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and stay up to date with industry trends and changes to algorithms.
- Create compelling and creative ad copy specific to automotive marketing.
- Monitoring industry trends and recommending new strategies and tactics to improve our search performance.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging search and social trends and technologies, and leading the digital marketing team in exploring new opportunities.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align SEM campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Regularly monitor and troubleshoot internet listings and online presence for all dealerships (GMB, Bing, Etc.)
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- 3 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEM campaigns
- Automotive Industry knowledge is a plus
- Highly articulate and have excellent written skills
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple accounts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Hours and Work Environment: This is a Monday – Friday onsite position at the Chapman Corporate Center in Chandler, AZ.
