Computer Technician - Level 1 - Second Shift
This position will be responsible for daily Technology Support/Repair throughout the District and work second shift up to 30 hours per week.
Salary: This entry-level support position will be paid $13.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience and skill level. No Benefits included.
Reports to: Executive Director of Technology
Qualifications:
Must be able to work well with other staff members.
Must be able to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and via written correspondence.
Must be able to manage time efficiently and follow detailed instructions.
Ability to provide users with on-site and remote assistance with workstations, servers, printers, and other network equipment
Working understanding of how computers and applications function between each other on a network and in the cloud
Configure computers, communications devices, and peripheral equipment
Troubleshoot, repair, test, install and configure workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and other equipment.
Other Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Understanding that overtime is necessary at times and willing to perform when requested.
