Job Description
Pal 8 Media is a media planning and buying agency looking for a Digital Media Buyer with 2-4 years of agency experience. We are located in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA, with a hybrid work model, and a tight-knit and dynamic team.
We are looking for a new member who understands the value of teamwork and collaboration. Must have the ability to strategize, plan, buy and analyze digital media across direct and programmatic campaigns, focusing on branding, performance and conversion-driving channels. Proficient and in-depth knowledge of programmatic DSPs, Google Ads, Google Analytics, DCM and/or other 3rd party ad-serving capabilities, and attribution modeling. Desire to develop and maintain vendor relationships, stay abreast of the latest trends, and apply learning to subsequent media plans. Experience in The Trade Desk preferred, and traditional media buying background a plus, but not required.
