Position Title: NOC Analyst
Hours: 2nd Shift (4:00 P.M. - 2:30 A.M.)
Position Location: Louisville, KY

Job Description:
This entry-level position encompasses responsibilities which ensure the logical and physical assets of the data center, as well as to ensure operations of the computer systems contained within. This position will be responsible for: Monitoring physical access to the data center; Monitoring and mitigation of the health and availability of the systems and infrastructure we support; Monitoring application functionality; Communication of network and environmental issues which may affect the network connectivity.
Experience/Skills needed:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, and stressful environment.
· The primary location will be the Network Operations Center.
· This candidate will have the skills needed for effective communication, within all levels of the organization.
· The candidate will have the skills necessary to monitor, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve, issues pertaining to our network infrastructure, servers, and storage environments.
· Having a working knowledge of the various Operating Systems such as: Linux, AIX, and Windows Server, is preferred.
Job Duties:
· Windows Patching/Update Reboots
· Problem Management
· Backup monitoring/Restart failed backup jobs, and restores
· Citrix environment support (end user session lockout, server reboots, etc.)
· NAS file recovery
· Phishing/SPAM email remediation
· vSphere/blade center server management
· NOC prior experience \*desired\*
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
