This hybrid position has on-site requirements of 2-3 days in Bentonville, AR.
What will I do as a Client Insights Analyst?
As innovators in technology-driven data analytics and insights, Circana seeks analytic and curious minds to execute, analyze and present findings to a top-tier Beverage Alcohol CPG client, focused on leading national account selling and category solutions.
You will evaluate point-of-sale (POS), consumer (Panel, Frequent Shopper Program (FSP), etc.), modeled (Price Elasticity, Due To Causals, etc.), and other research data, find and develop key insights, and recommend action steps to directly impact the top and bottom lines for our CPG client and retail partners.

Client Insights Analysts at Circana possess and execute four key skill sets:
Analytic Capability: Use a systematic approach to solving problems that involves breaking them into smaller pieces, tracking the implications of situations, generating multiple alternatives, and making comparisons of potential solutions before taking action.
Quality Control: Drive to achieve high-quality project results and continually build client trust through data integrity, must demonstrate a high level of Attention to Detail (ATD) in all client interactions, internal work, and all outputs. Quality drives trust.
Prioritizing, Planning, and Organizing: Determine effort and resources required to meet objectives; ability to plan, coordinate and manage resources (including client and retailer partners) effectively to ensure task completion. Ability to manage multiple priorities in short time frames. Strong ability to respond to and meet urgent client and retailer needs with speed and accuracy, often with same-day turnaround.
Client Focus: Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met. Build unshakable client relationships and build and maintain client trust. Remain client-focused in all interactions, and act with the mentality of the extended client team.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, category management, or related fields
Experience with syndicated data (Circana/IRI, Nielsen IQ)
Bachelor’s Degree Required, Advanced Degree Considered/Preferred
Marketing and/or sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or other companies using syndicated or point-of-sale (POS) data
Beverage Alcohol Manufacturer, Retailer, and/or Distributor experience is preferred
Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
Strong project management and process skills
Expertise in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Preferred expertise in Unify
Able to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $61,000 to $95,000.
