We are ranked as one of Computerworld 's Top Places to Work in IT 5 years running, and we are seeking an Innovation & Collaboration Service Manager who will help us in building positive relationships with our internal customers. As Service Manager you will be responsible for handling operational support for multiple applications in the Innovation & Collaboration Tools service area including SharePoint and innovation metrics. In this role you will collaborate with dynamic project teams, multiple internal stakeholders and developers.
As a Innovation & Collaboration Service Manager...
Your main responsibility will be lead day-to-day operations of applications in the Innovation & Collaboration service area, including planning roadmaps and other initiatives, collaborating with application stakeholders and owners.
You will act as the main contact for application issues in the service area.
You will manage tasking for IT staff in the service area. Analyze, design, configure, test and deploy system changes.

You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (information systems, engineering, computer science, or related area) or equivalent years of IT professional work experience.
Have 8+ years of experience working in a technical field including project management or service management experience.
Have at least 5 years of project or team leadership experience.
Have a strong IT background, including web-based development, relational database technologies, and query (e.g., SQL).
Have knowledge of SharePoint On Premise environments, including front and back ends.
Are proficient with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.
Have a solid grasp of SharePoint best practices.
Possess detailed knowledge of software creation process and software development methodologies.
Strong analytical, multitasking, and social skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships within teams and across the organization.
Ability to prioritize work assignments, communicate progress to stakeholders, and provide timely work.
Solid sense of excellence in customer service with evidence of follow-through and completing tasks.
Shown success with conflict resolution and demonstrable people leadership skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to multiple audiences (e.g., technical and non-technical, executive).
Excellent communication, customer interface, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Are able to obtain a/an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a Secret level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

Have a Master’s degree in a technical field (information systems, engineering, computer science or related area).
Have at least 5 years of previous service management/operational support/project management experience.
Have experience leading upgrades or new implementations of enterprise applications.
Posess hands-on PowerShell script writing skills.
Holds an understanding of Metrics & Search functions.
Have familiarity with business operations in areas such as government contracting, procurements, records management, and scientific research.
Have exposure to Webtrends, Service Now, & Azure Dev Ops.
Hold an active Secret security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.
