Description:
We have an Opening for a Repair Depot Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes to be hands on. This is a great role for someone who is entry level and looking to build their resume. Candidates will be working in a Repair Depot, and responsible for the repair of Computers and Patient Simulators. They will evaluate Returned Products to ensure Performance and adherence to established Specifications. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on company product lines. Troubleshoot, repair, modify, overhaul or refurbish standard and special purpose equipment and system components
Assist with equipment testing and mock repair procedures during product prototype design phases. Support all internal and external customers with product knowledge and expertise. Recommends means for product or system improvements including procedural steps, increased training, and enhanced documentation. Provide quality checks on repairs and evaluations completed by team members to ensure the best quality products are going back to the customer.
Skills Needed.
Have Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software.
Ability to trouble-shoot and test Hardware components.
Solid understanding of A+ and Network+ Fundamentals.
