Job Summary:
Raytheon Vision Systems is seeking an Entry level Analyst, Program Cost Controls to join our team. Interested candidates will gain experience in program control and earned value and will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and cost controls associated with one or multiple projects. This position is being offered in a hybrid (remote/onsite) capacity based on the needs of the business. Onsite work will be expected up to 1 day per week on average. The preferred candidate will be commutable to Goleta, California.

In this role, you will have opportunities to work autonomously as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management and Engineering.
You will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality while developing their leadership skills as a key business partner.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Data extraction and reconciliation
Generation of weekly/monthly labor and material financial reports
Labor and cost transfer submittals
Creation and maintenance of charge numbers
Maintenance of time-phased earned value data in cost engine.
Assist in monitoring costs and personnel; ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end goal.
Assist in generating program financial artifacts such as Earned Value reports, graphs, and analysis, as required.
Provide Program Management and Control account Managers with internal reports on cost and schedule performance.
Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience. Requires a related University Degree or equivalent experience (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics)
Excel proficiency (to include Lookup/Index/Sum functions and pivot tables)
Thorough attention to detail and work quality
Possess good oral and written communication skills.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Value:
Knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting or similar tools.
Experience or exposure to performing cost control and analysis functions in a U.S. Government, contracting environment.

The salary range for this role is 52,000 USD - 98,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
