Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is seeking a Quality Auditor Staff for a position in Camden, Arkansas.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluates quality process and system standards to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory and industry requirements.
Performs and reports on internal and external audits, system, product and process conformity, pre-audits and special audits.
Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring quality system process discrepancies. Interfaces as needed with manufacturing, engineering, customer and supply chain representatives to ensure quality system process requirements are met and recommend corrective actions.
Interfaces as MFC DCMA Liaison for the Orlando DCMA Command. Coordinates responses to Government Corrective Action Requests (GCAR) by ensuring thorough root cause analysis and corrective action.
Maintains database of observation results, analyzes data and prepares regular summary reports for leadership team.
Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with colleagues, customers and programs / sites.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
Advance skills in generating metrics, analyzing and interpreting data, preparing summary reports for executive leaders
Experience working with DCMA or other Government customers
Experience creating schedules and performing audits/assessments for compliance to internal or external requirements
Advance skills with investigation of problems and developing dispositions and corrective actions
Experience presenting information to multiple levels of management and cross functionally
Ability to travel - up to 25%
Desired Skills:
Engineering degree at the Bachelor level or above
Specialized training such as:
- AS9100 Lead Auditor Training / Certification
- ISO 9001:2015 Training / Certification
- ISO 14001 Training / Certification
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
Thorough understanding in AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Must be able to manage multiple priorities
Superb customer service and collaboration skills
Ability to influence without direct authority
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
