As a Communications Lead at SuperLA®, you will play a pivotal role in effectively communicating our vision, values, and projects to diverse stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Communications lead at SuperLA®, your primary responsibility will be to lead and execute marketing and communications strategies to engage various stakeholders and amplify the company's brand presence. Your duties will include:
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively engage and communicate with key stakeholders, including investors, prospective partners, community members, city officials, and potential customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with these stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Public Relations: Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to generate positive media coverage for SuperLA®. This includes creating press releases, organizing media events, and coordinating interviews with company executives. Proactively manage media relations and respond to inquiries from journalists and publications.
- Community Engagement: Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster positive relationships with the local community. Organize and conduct property tours to showcase SuperLA®'s projects to community members, answering their questions and addressing concerns. Act as a liaison between the company and community organizations, participating in community events and initiatives.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and engagement. Create compelling content, including written posts, images, and videos, to promote SuperLA®'s projects and initiatives. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality marketing collateral, such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations, to support SuperLA®'s promotional activities. Develop engaging written and visual content for the company's website, email subscribers, blog, and other digital channels.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency and integrity of the SuperLA® brand across all marketing and communications channels. Maintain brand guidelines, including tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging.
- Event Coordination: Lead the planning and coordination of events, such as project launches, community engagement initiatives, and industry conferences. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. Experience does not need to be industry specific.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Social Media Savviness: Proficiency in managing social media platforms and developing engaging content. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Publications and Content Creation: Demonstrated experience in developing marketing collateral, writing press releases, and creating digital content. Proficiency in graphic design tools and multimedia editing software is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing and communications strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Community Engagement: Experience in community outreach and engagement, including organizing and conducting property tours to engage community members and address their inquiries.
