Summary: Tetra Tech is currently seeking a full-time or part-time Marketing Coordinator to help coordinate the timely development and delivery of high-quality proposals, from pre-request for proposal (RFP) to post-submission activities, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter, with excellent interpersonal and marketing communications skills. The candidate will possess the ability to review and understand the requirements of a complex RFP/SOQs, outline a compliant response, coordinate input from proposal team participants, and publish a final document for submission. The candidate should thrive in the dynamic environment of changing schedules, requirements, and priorities that often comes with proposal deadlines. Potential for remote / hybrid opportunities. Your Role:
Coordinate with operational leaders, project managers, and other technical staff to prepare or update proposals, statements of qualifications, brochures, presentations, and other materials relating to business development.
Assemble proposal documents in various software formats to ensure all proposal criteria is included prior to submittal deadline. Review and edit proposal writings to support one-voice methodology.
Create graphics for proposals, presentations, announcements, social media postings, etc.
Assist with proposal team meetings, review sessions, and proposal interview preparation to develop strategic messaging.
Proofread, edit, and standardize proposal text for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension, and style.
Ensure compliance with RFP/SOQ requirements and internal high-quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverables.
Coordinate and support the production, reproduction, binding, and packaging in finalizing the proposal submission and response processes when required.
Track and update pursuit efforts in Company approved software.
Assist with maintaining internal SharePoint site, including preparing news articles and other updates.
Coordinate/support conference attendance or sponsorship and other events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience.
2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Prior marketing experience in an environmental consulting company required.
Must have strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading.
Must have high proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), including advanced skills in Microsoft Word.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
Good understanding of graphic design techniques and principles.
Attention to detail is imperative; strong analytical skills are required.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for marketing and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
Team-oriented and able to work with different personalities and professional styles.
A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
Target pay range: $27.00 to $32.00. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
