Job Description
A regional Firm with offices across CT, MA, NY, and VT is seeking a Marketing Associate to enhance and develop innovative marketing strategies for television, radio, social media, print marketing campaigns and various marketing channels. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate directly with the President in evolving the firms overall marketing strategy/focus.
The Marketing Manager will report to the President and be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day marketing initiatives, from creation to execution to reporting of metrics.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSa
With Owner, establish and implement brand strategy across all channels and in partnership with channel leaders, from planning and design to implementation and execution, as well as support relationship management between Firm and partners.
Hold overall responsibility for all online/media marketing for the firm.
Assist with managing the marketing budget.
Plan and negotiate media buying.
Assist in creating creative and impactful content for all marketing activities.
Create effective online marketing campaigns creating updated content for the website and social media pages and initiate new forms of marketing using various channels available.
Employ SEO tactics, and analytics, to boost the success of marketing campaigns.
Measure and report on the results of various campaigns on a regular basis.
Setup for on-line and televised campaigns including photography, videography and so on.
Produce collateral material and web content to promote events and successful client outcomes.
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in marketing, business, or communications.
Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience in the areas of planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and business development initiatives.
Prior experience with media buying is preferred.
Must be highly organized, an initiative-taker, and results driven.
Outstanding Writing, Project Management, and Interpersonal Skills are required. Proficient at online/digital marketing strategies.
Ability to understand past and future trends in digital/social content.
Able to effectively communicate information and ideas in both written and visual format.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how to best utilize them for maximum return.
Technological skills as required to perform job duties.
