What you will do
· Manages all aspects of document imaging which include scanning, coding, printing, indexing, retrieval, filing, and archiving
· Operates copier/print equipment, mail equipment and software
· Adapts to varying work environments easily and quickly, ranging from warehouse to professional service and office atmospheres.
· Provides customer service meeting or exceeding standards set by management
· Monitors quality control and timeliness of job completion
· Assists at designated location per FM department scheduling needs, ensuring excellent customer service and execution of job responsibilities.
· Understands client needs/expectations and communicates with other associates and management in order to meet these expectations.
· Collaborates professionally with each customer site’s team while taking direction from the Resource Center Manager to accomplish site-specific goals.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Associates degree in a customer facing or technical area or related experience preferred.
- Prior experience representing organizations at client sites preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products and related software applications.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and effectively resolve technical problems.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple demands.
- Able to remain calm under stressful circumstances.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Demonstrates high levels of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
