Job Description
Accounting Analyst
Description/Comment:
Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules. Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.
Provides financial support, including forecasting, budgeting and analyzing variations from budget.
Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements and reports.
Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience.
Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and no experience.

What You Will Do:
As a Financial Analyst within our Client Flex Financial team, you will be the primary contact for all active usage-based agreements in your portfolio. In this role you are responsible for maintaining a clean general ledger by performing monthly reconciliations.
You must have:
- A bachelor's degree
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent mathematical, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Significant attention to detail
- High team and service orientation
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- 2-4+ years general accounting, finance or related experience
- Experience with:
o Oracle
o Salesforce.com
o Power BI
o Model
