An externship (a short, unpaid, experiential learning experience) offers a student the opportunity to shadow working professionals.
Alpha Omega's externship provides a means for participants to connect their career interests to the workplace, get firsthand experience, and learn how companies operate. Externships offer students and recent graduates an occupational overview. Participants may observe the workplace, sit in on meetings, and conduct informational interviews with employees.
