Overview:
At HSL, the Community Relations Director is responsible for all the sales and outreach marketing operations for the community assigned. The CRD is responsible for achieving positive occupancy while meeting predetermined goals relative to sales and marketing objectives.
Position is Full-time and onsite. Salary + Commission.
This position will report to Corporate-Director of Marketing and Community Relations
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Utilize database to identify, track and foster relationships with potential residents and referral sources
Actively participate in both sales and community team meetings
Submit sales projections on a weekly / monthly basis
Walk resident prospects through the sales process including scheduling tours, making follow up calls and creating or responding to emails
Works with onsite community department directors to provide an exceptional client experience to both prospects and new residents
Implement an outreach marketing plan that includes person to person visits as goals indicate
Documents all sales related activities with prospects and referral sources in CRM
Schedules and supports lease signings once potential resident commits to move-in as directed by the Executive Director.
Completes all initial new resident paperwork
Maintains market-specific knowledge and updates of both referral sources and competitors
Attends local community and industry related events
Implements special events for prospects and referral sources
Prepares and mails information packets to prospects along with responding to all inquiries
Works with department heads in successfully moving prospects through the sales cycle
Requirements:
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be willing to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends to meet the needs of prospects and their families
Must have a reliable vehicle to use for implementing an outreach marketing schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
Be able to perform each essential duty as listed above
Two-to-four-year collage degree
Must have a passion for helping seniors and compassion for families going through a time of change
Positive attitude and team player mentality
Must warm, friendly and want to have fun while provide exceptional customer service to all who engage with Harrison Senior Living
Will be required to learn to utilize various types of information systems including Point Click Care (PCC), Prime View, CRM, and other systems used by the Harrison Senior Living.
