Job Description
Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible for providing client support to CPA Lab clients, including resolution of client issues, acting as a member of the customer phone service support team, and liaison to all client offices. Duties include: answering questions about patient results, specimen requirements, transportation issues and inventory needs of the office. In addition, each representative may be responsible for tracking laboratory orders through the various computer systems, to ensure accurate transcription of orders and results. Printing and distributing patient/administrative results to client offices. Provides first line of trouble-shooting as the Help Desk representative for client customer support calls, including computer issues that the customer is having. Incumbent may be asked to attend and direct training sessions with new clients outlining the proper manner in which to order laboratory testing, retrieve results, collect and label laboratory specimens. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining problem and rejection logs, add-on tests and the STAT log. Assists in the development of promotional literature, in-services for client presentations, correspondence and growth.
