About the Position:
We’re currently seeking one Staff Auditor/Accountant. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and 1-3 years of public accounting and auditing experience. We will consider a recent college graduate with a strong GPA. Solid communication skills. Must be able to learn quickly and work with minimum supervision on engagements. Professional presence, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic is a must. CPA or a CPA candidate is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Functions:
· Perform various bank reconciliations.
· Prepare financial statements.
· Coordinate and manage month-end closing procedures, such as journal entries.
· Prepare various schedule and workpapers.
· Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
· Perform various auditing and accounting tasks, as needed.
· Perform data analytics, research.
· Perform other related duties, as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices.
· Knowledge of applicable current laws and regulations.
· Ability to understand financial records.
· Ability to review company documentation to complete audits in a timely and proficient manner.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Ability to complete work within a specified time frame.
· Ability to research various company documents and budgets to identify necessary information for specific audits.
· Strong analytical skills
· Attention to detail, well-organized and ability to prioritize tasks.
· Operates with a high level of integrity and reliability.
· Represents Ringold’s ethical and professional standards at all times.
Experience and Education:
· Minimum two (2) years accounting and/or auditing experience preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
· Prefer CPA.
· Proficient Excel and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
