Job Description:
The Project Coordinator provides exceptional support by engaging IntelliShop's database of independent contractors. You will source, assign, and coach these auditors and investigators while finding creative recruitment strategies to complete loss prevention and compliance programs on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
· Utilize mass marketing strategies to advertise available LP & Compliance projects.
· Find auditors for hard-to-fill locations by using creative recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking, etc.
· Effectively communicate with auditors by phone or email to ensure reports are completed correctly, on time, and within IntelliShop's expectations and processes.
· Manage each program's budget effectively to complete 100% of all projects on time by the client’s deadline.
· Communicate to auditors and/or your manager when discrepancies are found.
· Participate and lead in-person training and conference calls as well as meetings, to address audit, inventory, or investigative matters in client locations.
· Maintain accurate records and submit required reports in a timely manner to all appropriate parties
· Design and maintain client programs using our proprietary software platform.
· Work with available audit resources to schedule projects.
· Review audit details and provide reporting as directed.
· Perform additional tasks as required by the company
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.)
Client-focused with excellent customer service skills
Demonstrate a high sense of urgency/confidentiality in all client matters.
Technically proficient
Strong time management and organizational skills
Exceptionally strong attention to detail
Works well in both a team environment and autonomously.
2 or more years’ experience in auditing and/or Loss Prevention in a retail environment is preferred.
Highly analytical; sound decision-making skills
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact and communicate in a positive manner in an environment consisting of many diverse personalities.
Excellent computer skills and highly proficient in the use of MS Office. (Excel & PowerPoint Proficiency a must)
Be an excellent communicator, whether writing, speaking, or presenting
Be a dependable team player with strong business acuity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Possess an impeccable work ethic and a high degree of integrity.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work together with our loss prevention consultants and audit teams to assist in the completion of an investigative, operational audit, and training operations to reduce the inventory shortage; increase the overall profitability of your assigned clients and minimize possible business risks
Work Environment:
This job operates in a remote working environment. This role requires the use of a high-speed internet connection computer and telephone. We prefer our coordinators provide their own laptop for this position.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time contract (1099) position. Days and hours of work vary depending on the individual and client work required.
Travel: Travel may be necessary based on client needs.

Salary: $17-$22 per hour
