Visa Requirements
US work authorization is required US work authorization is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
What will your day be like?
The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the Rooms Division and participate in the Planning Committee meetings and events.
Work with the Rooms Department Heads and ensure thorough communication and follow up on all guest and employee requests and special requirements.
Monitor and review the Rooms Divisions daily revenue report, the daily labor report and the monthly profit and loss statement, analyze results and take action when necessary.
Conduct regular tours of the hotel and make recommendations for changes as well as note deficiencies and ensure corrective action is taken.
Meet regularly with all managers, supervisor, and non-management employees.
Monitor all standards in the Rooms Division to ensure they are in place and implemented.
Control all capital expenditures and ensures the proper guidelines are adhered to and projects are completed on a timely basis.
Meet with the Director of People & Culture on a regular basis to review staffing requests, morale, disciplinary situations, and Rooms employees. Able to aid in the development of existing personnel and assist in the recruitment of new employees.
Control expenses throughout the Rooms Division
Attend functions, social and/or business, to help develop a rapport and to establish credibility within the local community.
Develop profit improvement ideas.
Respond appropriately in the event of any hotel emergency or safety situation and align with all local codes and ordinances with a focus on guest and employee safety.
Personally meet and connect with guests, review all written guest comments and follow up on any guest service issues or needs.
Lead preventive maintenance programs such as “Perfect Room” initiative.
Position Qualifications:
Operational background in Front Office & Housekeeping operation.
Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language.
