About the Team:
Digital Commerce is an exciting, ever-evolving aspect of the business. The Omni Media team sits within the broader Digital Commerce team and is dedicated to growing our online presence via Brand and Performance Media. While primarily focused on customer acquisition, the team also supports retention goals.
As a part of the Omni Media team, this role will take the lead in crafting and executing on our Affiliate Marketing strategy. The ideal candidate has experience building and scaling Affiliate programs, with a focus on amplifying each of the main publisher verticals (Content, Coupon, Loyalty). The program is managed in-house, so direct Affiliate program management experience and comfort with data is a must. In addition to core Affiliate responsibilities, this role will also support efforts in other paid media channels, including Paid Social and Paid Search. This role will report directly to our Senior Manager, Omni Media and is based in San Francisco.
What you'll do:
Define and execute on Affiliate program strategy to ensure all revenue and new customer acquisition targets are met or exceeded
Partner closely with Influencer and PR teams to define Affiliate press and influencer strategy, working together to reach Rothy's brand awareness goals
Own monthly Affiliate placement planning, newsletter sends, and commission rate decisioning/optimization
Own Affiliate forecasting and create plan to grow channel contribution over time
Audit existing program structure and publisher composition to determine areas of opportunity
Own all Impact platform management, from publisher contracts to newsletters, to weekly/monthly reporting
Drive CPA/LTV analysis and optimization across marketing efforts and analyze/report on these metrics
Support Paid Search and Paid Social creative analysis and campaign reporting in partnership with media agency and Senior Manager
You are:
Highly analytical, with a keen ability to articulate results and learnings. You love leveraging data (and Excel) to craft stories about your programs and business trends
Great at multitasking and prioritizing. You are able to manage multiple projects and priorities seamlessly. You understand what is most important, and can get be scrappy to projects done with available resources
Entrepreneurial; ability to drive forward with goals independently
Results driven. Have a deep understanding of marketing ROI and how to calculate user profitability based on CPA and ROAS
Team oriented. You thrive in cross functional work settings and are excited to build relationships with those on and outside the team
You have:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, economics or psychology or comparable
5+ years of Digital Marketing experience with at least 3 years of Affiliate-specific experience in a consumer-focused company (DTC/Retail experience a plus)
Experience building/managing Affiliate programs and managing using Impact Radius
Thorough knowledge of tracking links, pixels, and marketing measurement
Track record of delivering outstanding marketing campaign results and experience managing and allocating a large monthly budget

Pay range:
$115,000 - $130,000 annually
Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
