Job Description
Responsibilities:
- assist with part purchasing and updating service manager for scheduling - assist dispatchers with parts availability for pick up from supplier ready to install
- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and inventory management.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices.
