We are Tessellati, LLC, a fast-paced, boutique, full-service marketing agency conveniently located just north of Boston, in historic and vibrant Salem, MA. Our nimble and growing agency has a large footprint managing virtual teams and campaigns on 6 of the 7 continents.
Much of our work serves clients in academia and healthcare along with others in technology and finance. JOB SUMMARY
As our next Marketing Project Manager reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will support a team of Content Managers/Writers, Designers, Data and UX Analysts, and a range of project freelancers.
You will be involved in client engagements, manage client relationships, and ensure the exceptional quality and timely completion of all client deliverables. You will serve as a partner, strategic consultant, and project manager as you support the development, production, and execution of ongoing client marketing strategies.
As part of our team, you will share your expertise with other team members and mentor and inspire others to produce their best work and grow in their roles.
QUALIFICATIONS
We recognize and appreciate that there are many ways to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this position and we welcome applicants with non-traditional backgrounds. That said, we will be most likely to be interested in your candidacy if:
- You consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to manage multiple projects at once.
- You bring 3+ years of professional project management experience working in a full-service marketing agency or similar customer-centric consulting firm.
- You are certified in project management and/or professional training.
- You are a critical and strategic thinker, with the ability to conceptualize ideas on the fly.
- You have executive-level presentation experience and strong powerpoint skills.
- You have excellent skills in the following areas – even when under pressure: written and verbal communication; motivating others; attention to detail; tact and diplomacy.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
You are able to:
- Sit for extended periods of time
- Perform keyboarding, mousing, and other repetitive tasks
- Travel to Salem, MA office and work on-site on a regular basis.
- Available and able to occasionally travel locally, regionally, and nationally (10%) for client meetings and professional conferences.
WORK ARRANGEMENT AND BENEFITS
This on-site position (with hybrid flexibility) is located 2 blocks from the Salem, MA train and bus station.
