Description of responsibilities:
Answering inbound current clients while sitting at a desk for an 8-hour shift
Transferring calls to appropriate department when needed
Adding notes into the client files when needed
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Work hours: 8am - 5pm EST (with one hour for lunch daily)
