Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior IT Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks related to invoices, budget management, and vendor support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT operations and supporting the overall efficiency of our organization.

Responsibilities:*
Manage and reconcile invoices for IT-related expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for IT projects and initiatives
Collaborate with accounting team to ensure proper financial controls and compliance
Maintain documentation and records related to vendor contracts, agreements, IT processes, and service-level agreements
Coordinate with various support vendors to schedule and monitor service requests, repairs, and installations
Assist with the procurement of IT equipment, software licenses, and maintenance agreements
Assist in the evaluation and selection of new vendors and negotiate contracts as needed
Monitor inventory levels of IT supplies and equipment and coordinate replenishment
Assist with IT asset management, including tracking and recording of hardware and software assets
Provide general administrative support to the IT department as needed

Qualifications:*
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in an IT environment
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of budgeting and financial processes
Familiarity with IT procurement processes and vendor management is desirable
Knowledge of IT asset management principles and tools is a plus
