Job Duties:
\*This is an office position located at our corporate office: 15685 N Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix
As an Account Manager Assistant in the Client Experience department, you will:
- Support the account management team in a manner that allows them to develop, maintain, and grow lasting relationships with our clients
- Assist with the management of multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Engage daily with high-end clientele, telephonically and via email correspondence
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments, candidates, and clients
- Liaise between internal departments using strong communication skills on the phone, through email and in-person
- Establish an understanding of the recruiting and staffing industry
- The ideal candidate will learn and master this job and move up to an Account Manager
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field preferred
- Five or more years of experience in a professional customer service role
- Ability to demonstrate computer proficiency, including typing 45+ WPM and navigate multiple computer applications effortlessly
- Experience in an insurance, sales or marketing environment preferred
- Two plus years of Call Center experience preferred
- Apple/Mac and Salesforce experience preferred
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three plus years in a professional customer service role
- Microsoft Office, including typing 35+ WPM
- Familiarity with professional social media
- Dependable, punctual, and a good team player
- Ability to adapt quickly to the needs of the client and the company
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information, assess priorites, and adjust as needed
- Ability to sit at a computer for an extended period of time
