Window Nation, one of the fastest-growing window replacement companies in the U.S., is seeking a powerhouse Digital Creative Manager. This creative and analytical leader will be a key player in achieving Window Nation’s aggressive growth aspirations. The Digital Creative Manager will own all creative strategy and execution throughout the digital customer journey. This marketing leadership position will report directly to Window Nation’s SVP of Marketing.
The Digital Creative Manager will work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Team on the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of digital assets for paid and non-paid digital marketing and lead nurture programs. Digital assets include but are not limited to the windownation.com website, paid landing pages, emails, display, and social media. This visionary will make an indelible impact on Window Nation’s digital marketing future by up leveling its digital marketing creative based on data and personalization (customer segmentation).
Core Role Responsibilities
Design and manage digital assets based on data driven results & customer segmentation from ideation through execution
Develop design for lead nurture programs that drive action
Maintain and evolve design and format standards (brand guidelines) and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results while overseeing deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Translate business objectives and marketing goals into clear creative strategies and initiatives
Actively involved in hiring and training of creative staff
Proofread and version out all creative. Responsible for quality of work output.
Manage multiple projects with various versioning requirements as related to markets, offers, unique tracking elements, etc.
Interact and negotiate with external vendors for production of products or assistance on projects
Present concepts and creative
Work on additional projects to support aggressive growth agenda as directed by leadership
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing, Arts or Communications preferred
5+ years of digital creative experience, including management and development of consumer-focused creative
Creative Cloud suite knowledge
Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments through completion simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Broad experience across paid search, paid social, CTV, organic media, and website management (incl CRO), email marketing, and marketing automation.
Advertising, direct response and/or marketing agency experience
Video software knowledge
Experience with multi-touch attribution, analytics, measurement, and testing.
Track record of exceeding digital marketing goals
Seamlessly prioritizes multiple competing short and long-term deliverables
Bias for action and iteration; constantly thinking about “what’s next”
Data-driven marketer
Can effortlessly transition between thinking strategically to getting hands-on and “in the weeds”
Effectively communicates (oral and written) to technical and non-technical audiences (e.g., executive team, investors)
Ability to Influence cross-functional executive partners to prioritize digital marketing initiatives on cross-functional roadmaps.
