Job Description
Job Title: Bilingual IT Helpdesk Technician (Entry Level) - Travel
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to join our IT Helpdesk team as an Entry Level Bilingual IT
Helpdesk Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with system administration tasks. This role involves regular travel to various client sites to provide on-site support and assistance.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, and in- person in both English and Spanish.
2. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications and computer systems, and related IT equipment (iPads,iPhones).
3. Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
4. Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices.
5. Travel to client sites to provide on-site support, troubleshoot issues, and perform hardware/software installations.
Qualifications:
1. Strong passion for technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT support.
2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to provide clear instructions and technical explanations to end-users.
4. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
5. Willingness to travel to client sites (approximately 70% of the time) and work flexible hours as needed.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
7. Customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
8. Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically.
