Job Description
SHOE SHOW, INC., the country’s largest privately held footwear retailer in business 62 years with more than 1,100 stores in 47 states, is seeking an entry-level POS Support Specialist to join our team. This position is available at the corporate headquarters located in Concord, NC. Local candidates are encouraged to apply!
What you should know:
The POS Support Specialist is part of a team that will provide technical assistance to our stores as needed. The position is for 2nd shift (4:30 PM to 12:00 AM with a 30-minute meal period.) This individual will work every Saturday and Sunday and additional hours may be available during the week.
What you will do:
- Possess a general working knowledge of PC’s
- Be proficient with remote desktop access, possess great listening skills, and have the ability to assess and resolve technical issues via phone and email.
- Respond to store inquiries with a high degree of professionalism.
- Update internal documentation regarding technology, troubleshooting, and software job updates
- Work as part of a team
Software Applications:
- POS system (we will train)
- Bosa Nova (we will train)
- Microsoft Office
