This is a remote position. The selected colleague will generally be expected to work at an MUFG office periodically. A member of our recruitment team will discuss location preferences with you in more detail.
Role Summary
Provide advanced analytical and specialized administrative support of a high level to assist managers with highly complex projects and multifarious administrative duties.

Major Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced research and data analysis for special and ongoing department projects
Prepare/summarize complex information from raw data using spreadsheets or other software for administrative reports
Create mathematical computations in spreadsheets and convert to presentation-level materials
Respond to inquiries (phone calls, mail etc) from internal or external customers
Receive inquires and provide/explain often highly complex information in accordance with instructions provided by manager or other senior staff
Understand Bank's products/ services/ policies or procedures that affect the department
Provide procedural matters to staff as required. Answer complex questions received from staff
Provide direct, superior-level secretarial support to assigned business area or manager.
These duties may include:
Type memos, memoranda, reports, etc. from drafts;
Proofread and review for grammatical or numerical errors and general accuracy and completeness
Compose letters of a complex nature
Prepare, edit and assemble presentation materials/agenda
Compose correspondence and reports where detailed research may be required
Maintain manager's calendar; arrange meetings, conferences, and schedule appointments
Receive and greet incoming visitors and direct them to the proper individual
Perform other functions such as order department supplies
Coordinate equipment repair
Make department staff travel arrangements, etc.
Process and coordinate department accounts payables and expense vouchers
Attend meetings as requested to provide meeting minutes
Coordinates/maintain department budget or other record keeping functions
Provide research on exception expense amounts/charges
Monitor the budget and review general expenditures to ensure they are within budgeted guidelines
Gather information so variance can be explained or corrected
Process any changes as instructed and approved by management
May serve as a HR liaison by processing personnel activities including coordinating interviews, employee orientation, maintaining payroll records and employee profiles
Contacts may include both internal and external sources.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills
Must have experience working in a Global Bank supporting multiple people
This position typically requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and 15 or more years of related work experience
Thorough knowledge of MS Office
A professional demeanor and flexibility to support and take on projects
Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
The typical base pay range for this role is between $33 per hour - $43 per hour depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
