Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You also will be responsible for photography and videography for our social media platforms.
A Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. This includes photography and videography.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management, photography, and videography
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Access to own photography and videography equipment
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Reliably commute to Rehoboth Beach office during in-person office days

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Familiarity with web design and publishing

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Manage and oversee social media content and engage with our followers
- Collaborate with our team to plan and execute photo and video shoots
- Take high-quality photographs and videos of our events, equipment, and staff
- Edit and enhance photos and videos to ensure they are of the highest quality
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Provide constructive feedback
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
