Our marketing team will get to create and pioneer the rebranding of our company by telling a refreshed, comprehensive story to the market, existing and new customers, and suppliers, as well as future talent.
We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator that is a structured, analytical, and a fast-paced individual that has the ability to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for building on the momentum and contributing to existing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. Responsible for supporting brand objectives through project coordination, marketing administration, tradeshow coordination, and merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Administration: Manges the on-time completion of campaigns, projects, and tasks to drive revenue
Data Analysis: Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success and compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to team
Event Coordination: Coordinate events such as workshops, tradeshows, company sponsored events
Essential Job Duties:
Owner of the campaign test plan and campaign calendar and communication of results to team
Responsible for campaigns being set up accurately, on-time, and follows best practice set for the process in place
Conducts research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
Supports the Chief Marketing Officer in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, global contact directory, and intranets
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotions
Partner with team to plan for meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
Orchestrate people, data, platforms, and the tools they use to achieve external facing communications in multiple channels
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Professional, assertive, and clear communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent organization and time management skills
Computer proficiency with the ability to learn new applications quickly
Proactive self-starter
Ability to build and dissect marketing trends and analyze data and experience using data analytics software for research
Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field OR 3+ years of relevant marketing work experience
Required: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Preferred: Knowledge of agriculture, horticulture, and/ nursery industries
Preferred: Knowledge and experience in Salesforce, Monday.com, Ad Hoc Analysis
