Job Description
Summary
The Site Merchandising Manager is responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing the site shopping experience through collection creation, visual merchandising, site content, site search, site navigation, and overseeing product creation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Create and manage collections based on buying and marketing priorities as well as SEO opportunities
- Visually merchandise collections according to buying and marketing priorities to align with brand aesthetic and business goals
- Manage automated merchandising rules to prioritize collection assortment by newness, bestsellers, and inventory priorities in addition to manual visual merchandising
- Monitor, report on, and optimize collection page performance to evaluate merchandising efficacy based on site KPIs including but not limited to conversion rate, bounce rate, and time spent on site. Analyzes results to prioritize merchandising and content optimizations
- Manage content and creative banners on the homepage, collection pages, and third-party platforms that support on site experience (Attentive, Narvar, Route etc.)
- Manage on site search results and optimize rules, redirects, and synonyms based on user search behavior and seasonal opportunities
- Report on and analyze search performance to evaluate search result efficacy, monitor top search queries, flag zero search results, and recognize product title and description adjustments for optimized search performance
- Manage navigation organization and collection hierarchy to prioritize seasonal merchandising priorities, support SEO opportunities, and optimize shopping experience
- Moderate, publish, and escalate product reviews with customer service and buying teams as needed
- Manage Stylitics partnership to facilitate merchandising and outfitting direction between Pink Lily and Stylitics teams, ensure all outfit creation is up to brand standards, and support a steady flow of outfit creation to be utilized on product and collection pages
- Create and manage coupon codes
- Update product pricing for promotions
- Oversee product-to-site process to ensure products are launched to align with collection deadlines and brand goals
- Manage Product Specialist and Product Coordinator
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, technology or related field
- 3+ years of site merchandising experience
- Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
- Must have experience with e-commerce platforms such as BigCommerce or Shopify
- Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be results oriented and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
