Job Description

Based in our Cudahy, WI location, we are seeking an enthusiastic accounting professional that wants to be part of an extraordinary organization. AS AN ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:
Analyze, prepare, and enter invoices, receivables and/or cost data into the system(s).
Work with the customer service department and the shipping department to prepare accurate and timely export documentation.
Be responsible for reconciling company records to independent statement records and resolving discrepancies.
Perform routine work order costing and investigate related variances.
Perform account reconciliations and analysis.
Complete assigned journal entries, accurately and on time.
Meet deadlines in accordance with month-end and year-end closing schedule.
Control and keep confidential all files for department and company as applicable in area.
Be assigned other miscellaneous projects and tasks.
Back up cash application.

WHO YOU ARE:
You evaluate pros and cons, risks, and benefits of different solution options. You possess strong analytical skills and ability to perform with positive results. You effectively communicate in various settings - one-on-one, small, and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels - including communicating financial results. You efficiently combine department workflows to build a more cohesive work environment. You accurately produce requested ad hoc reports.
Schedule
The facility works 24 hours a day and typically 5 days a week. Our core office hours range anywhere between 8 am – 5 pm (Monday to Friday) and are flexible given we work together to best support business demands as well as the needs of our customers around the world.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Associate’s Degree in Accounting with 1 year of accounting experience or 3 years of equivalent accounting experience in lieu of a degree
Demonstrate strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills with multiple levels and audiences
