Job Description
Software development company with a BANKING FOCUS looking for a person seeking a position in the customer care department. Candidate should have WORKING EXPERIENCE IN BANKING along with a good sense of what “Customer Service” means in any industry. This is not your typical “call center” or “help desk” atmosphere, the service is expected to be above and beyond a typical “help desk” to support our clients not only with the technical aspects of our software, but also with the business process in making use of the applications.
Role and Responsibilities
Customer Service support through phone and interactive connections with clients.
Call Tracking and follow through on client issues and questions.
Technical troubleshooting.
Ability to multi-task open issues and incoming calls simultaneously.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Candidates should have at least an Associate Degree with emphasis in a banking industry background with knowledge of technical applications and loans OR degree in banking related field with technical aptitude for this entry-level position.
Preferred Skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel applications, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
MS Windows 10 operating system knowledge.
Basic knowledge on web applications is a plus
Bonus Skills
IT knowledge - IT help desk support
Windows Server experience
Network operations such as file permissions, network navigation, device setup, etc.
