Job Description
The Keller Williams Market Center Tech Trainer is an energetic and proactive individual who works closely with the MC Leadership team to support the recruitment of top agents by sharing the value proposition of KW Technology. This role is also responsible for retaining top agents by providing training and engaging them in utilizing our technology platforms. The Tech Trainer plays a pivotal role in offering first-level technical support to associates within the market center and promoting the market center's services through various social media platforms.
Agent Services / MCTT
Essential duties and responsibilities:
● Learn/Understand Command and train office at a high level
● Maintain technology i.e. google drive, command, canva, etc.
● Support questions about KW Services and technology (emails/text)
● Handle Office Communication
● Attend Regional Trainings o To include Family Reunion and/or Mega Leadership Camp
● Facilitate growth calls and/or zoom training classes in the office
● Onboarding/ Offboarding of agents o Checklist provided
● Instructing/ Facilitating Weekly Classes Including monthly Top 20% classes
● Run ads/campaigns for office leads
● Attend weekly Tech/Leadership Growth Calls
● Agents 1:1 help
● Make sure all agents are part of the local real estate boards (RASEM / South Shore)
● Creating & publishing marketing posts, weekly open houses, events, etc on public and internal facebook pages & other social media platforms
● Check email throughout the day
● Email weekly office newsletter to entire office
● Updating forms in Dotloop and DocuSign
● Planning MC Calendar with MCA/TL/DOG
● Attend Daily Huddles w/ leadership
● Monthly Team meeting- help prepare any necessary slides
● Meetings/Events/Classes- Having powerpoint/Zoom/Recording prepared and ready to go
● Maintain appearance of training room, lounge, media room, and kitchen along with all of leadership
● Facilitating office-wide agent surveys
● Handle printer/copier maintenance
● Prepare and Maintain office Birthday Lists
● Assisting MCA with any Market Center Events
● Create, Maintain, and Publish sign ups to events / classes
● Any additional tasks directed by TL as needed
Compensation:
● $40,000-50,000 Salary
● 40 hours per week
● 2 weeks vacation
● Sick time accrual capped 40 hours
● Bonus Incentive- Discuss upon interview
If licensed Realtor:
● $23,000 company dollar cap
● $3,000 royalty cap
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in training, recruiting, or supporting agents in a real estate or technology-related environment is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding and proficiency in using real estate technology platforms, including the KW Technology suite (e.g., KW Command, KW App, etc.). Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver engaging presentations, communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, and interact effectively with agents and staff members.
Customer Service Orientation: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and support. Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to resolving technical issues and inquiries.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records of training sessions, support requests, and social media marketing activities.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
