Job Description
EOS Healthcare Marketing is looking for an outgoing individual to serve as an Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a very organized, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills who loves engaging with people, and enjoys travel.
EOS Healthcare Marketing is the premier Healthcare Marketing Agency serving midstream and startup medical, dental and veterinary practices nationwide.
This person will be responsible for building and maintaining healthy business relationships by meeting with vendors, via video conferencing, phone calls, and in person. They will support EOS by helping foster new relationships designed to generate referrals and leads.
You also promote products and services, represent the company at networking events and conferences, travel to events and meetings with key vendors, discover lead sources and new target markets. This career requires excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as, strong sales pipeline and relationship management.

- Make vendors aware of any additional products or services offered by EOS
- Be self-directed and work independently while also being able to work well in a group or team setting.
- Have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to use creative problem solving to address complex issues.
- Understand current digital and traditional marketing tools.
- Generate leads that will be passed along to our sales team
- Present to groups of doctors and referral based vendors
- Network with and through Professional Associations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred (Business, Communication or Marketing degree preferred but not necessary)
- Experience in Business Development and Account Management
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Easily connects well with other people
- Engages well in a group environment (knows how to 'mix' with others)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Confident
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a big plus
- Meticulously organized
- Self-Starter, Problem Solver who goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $100,000 projected compensation in the first year.
- Our current sales team makes over $120,000 annually.
- Paid Training: $24/Hour up to 3 months
- Base plus commission after training (90 day temp-to-permanent position)
