Job Description
Manage the credit / collection activity for a select customer portfolio to assist with meeting the company quarterly cash metrics.
You are responsible for:
- Credit and Collection Activities
- Research and resolve unapplied receipts
- Participate in weekly AR Aging reviews
- Actively work to maximize the collection of past due balances
- Research and resolve any account discrepancies
- Establish & maintain good customer relationships, both internal & external
- Credit evaluations/ New customer set up
- Credit hold maintenance/ releasing orders
- Process credit cards
- Accessing/learning customer portals for invoicing & collection purposes
- Process Improvement Initiatives to achieve great efficiencies and controls
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Work site location options:
- Onsite: Andover, MA (3 days per week)
- Hybrid: Onsite Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday. Wednesday and Friday WFH (based on business needs)
- 100% Remote: Not an option for this role due to duties & responsibilities
Interview details:
- All interviews will be via MS teams with the added component of video due to the hybrid nature of this role (team fit is a key component)
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Credit and Collection Experience
- 2+ years plus of experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills related to customer account reconciliations
- Oracle ERP preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- This position is for a seasoned individual contributor in the Accounts Payable/Receivable sub-family, who works under limited supervision for routine situations.
