Menno Haven is seeking an entry-level Tech Bar- Resident Support Specialist to join our Technology department. The Resident Support Specialist is a customer service oriented, front line support role that solves basic technical issues for all assigned areas. This role will be responsible for providing technical support to residents and/or users in an efficient and accurate manner.
Qualifications/Education:
- High school diploma/GED, required
- Driver's License- Required
- Associates Degree in a related field, preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, highly desired
- Must have a pleasant demeanor and ability to work patiently with customers in resolving issues
- Must be able to install and troubleshoot hardware components, peripheral devices on the network; along with software on the network and network devices and ability to attach devices to wired and wireless networks.
