Job Summary:
We are Disney's Yellow Shoes, the in-house creative agency for Disney Parks and Resorts Worldwide. We are looking for a world-class Associate Creative Director with a relentless passion for uncovering “the big idea,” and who has a mastery of ideation in every medium. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in current trends, has a keen understanding of omnichannel creative, and has a proven track record of delivering award-winning creative campaigns.
You will report to the Group Creative Director.
You Will:
On any given day, as an Associate Creative Director, you might:
Contribute viable ideas and ground-breaking thinking and present them to high-level executives.
You will help propel the agency forward and be an encouraging leader and a positive role model to all members of the creative team.
Responsible for managing the Senior team while keeping a status on all ongoing projects ensuring your immediate team is working efficiently and productively.
Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to as well as working within budget boundaries.
Champion a passion for collaboration, partnership, and inspiration throughout the department.
Interpret creative briefs and client feedback to help the immediate team understand briefs and direction.
Lead all aspects of and guide production needs of accepted ideas.
Ability to give direction to photographers, designers, directors, editors, and other vendors as they relate to the creative output.
Champion Diversity and Inclusion by inviting varied perspectives, encouraging an inclusive work environment, and supporting workforce diversity.
You Will Have:
Here’s what you need to be successful at this job:
Experience making pitches to all levels for creative presentations and being proficient in presentation software (PowerPoint and Keynote).
Mastery in ideating in the digital and social space.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, self-manage and meet deadlines.
Flash and other editing software are a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong eye for design, typography, and photography with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
It would be great if you also have:
5+ years in an agency setting, or related experience.
Innovation, trend, promotional, experiential, and social media experiences.

Education:
An Associates (2-year) or Bachelor's (4-year) degree in advertising, art, graphic art, design, or equivalent.
