Job Description
Marketing Manager
Columbus Orthopaedic Clinic is a growing subspecialty-oriented physician group and has been a trusted provider of orthopaedic care, including spine surgery and pain management, to the residents of the East Mississippi and West Alabama area for over 40 years. We have locations in both Columbus and Starkville. The Columbus Orthopaedic Clinic proudly serves as the sports medicine provider to numerous area athletic programs including Mississippi State University, East Mississippi Community College and local schools.
Minimum Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related business field
· Completed marketing internship while in school is preferred, but not required
· Proficient with online marketing and social media strategies
· Willingness to travel
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must be able to multi-task, posses decision-making skills and have an eye for creativity
· Verifiable history of punctuality, solid job performance and attention to detail
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Ability to pass background check and periodic drug screen
Summary – Position Responsibilities
· Develop marketing plans with specific objectives relating to Columbus Orthopaedic
· Website design/revisions to continually evolve our business
· Maintain all social media accounts and manage content
· Gather patient data and analyze monthly (Press Ganey, GatherUp)
· Maintain Google account and other media trend accounts
· Create ad designs and other projects as needed
· Establish and maintain a marketing budget
· Participate in events, both internally and externally
· Maintain active presence in local civic and charitable organizations
· Ability to communicate with co-workers and providers
· Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule and Benefits
· Full-time position – Monday through Friday
· Closed New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day/Day After, and Christmas Day
