Join Aprio's Information Technology team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Desktop Deployment Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Management of Intune, including Configuration, Baselines Policies and Applications. Use packing tools to re-package or configure applications for deployment. Pre-User quality control testing of packages and systems. Support the IT organization’s Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) strategy, including engineering solutions specifically for the modern management of endpoints, applications and the automation within the unified endpoint management platform to increase efficiencies and decrease delivery time. This role will have responsibility for platform/endpoint software upgrades to support patching, compliance and application delivery and will be responsible for all aspects of release and change management for applicable systems. This role will also provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring new initiatives have endpoint dependencies and configuration management needs appropriately enabled and will work to build, leverage and maintain effective partnerships across the technical and business community.
SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES*
Safety: Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Aprio and departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the reporting of employee/patient/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to the supervisor and in the occurrence notification system.
Compliance: Monitors and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and policies and procedures related to area of responsibility. Identifies potential risk areas within area of responsibility and supports problem resolution process. Maintains records of compliance activities and reports compliance activities to the Compliance Office.

Position responsibilities:
Support platform software upgrades, workstation patching/compliance, and application delivery
Support the organization's Intune and Microsoft Endpoint strategy
Engineer solutions for modern management of endpoints and applications
Develop tactics and operational plans in alignment with strategic objectives for assigned technologies and projects.
Develop automation within the unified endpoint management platform to increase efficiencies and decrease delivery time
Responsible for all aspects of release and change management for applicable platforms
Provide technical guidance to project teams ensuring that new initiatives that have endpoint dependencies or configuration management needs are appropriately enabled
Builds, leverages, and maintains effective partnerships across technical and business community including Business partners, IT Security, IT, Infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure the solution meets all policy and regulatory requirements

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES*
Strong knowledge in Microsoft MECM (SCCM), Intune, M365, as well as Microsoft operating systems. Experience with other MDM/MAM solutions, such as Workspace One and Jamf would be highly desirable
Working knowledge with AD/ Azure AD and core networking fundamentals
PowerShell scripting experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that can work closely with both technical and management teams across the organization
Foundational IT Infrastructure knowledge
Operating Systems (Win10, macOS, iOS, Android)
PXE boot and WOL technologies and “Hands Free” device management
Technology advancement mindset specifically around BYOD strategies
Familiar with monitoring tools that provide user benchmarks and baseline helping drive optimization opportunities.
Act as a thought leader on Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) industry trends on emerging cloud-enabled system management capabilities for potential use at Aprio
Multi-tasks and prioritizes according to business priorities and production availability requirements.
