We are seeking a passionately driven leader who is a stellar communicator to join an innovative team of service-minded experts to give our awesome clients the platinum service they deserve and have come to expect from Smart ERC.

So you’re thinking “That just described me” Great, because there’s more! You must also be an expert data cruncher and have exceptional skills investigating financial information….it is second nature to you. As a leader, you will support the face of Smart ERC, the client relations team. You will guide them through handling all means of communication, collecting and validating payroll and financial documents, plus you will be sure that the team approves or rejects files in accordance with guidelines, and other duties as needed.
Your Duties:
- Build, manage, and oversee the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client interactions.
- Collaborate with the Filing Manager to streamline communication between departments, and ensure seamless service to clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance the customer service experience, ensuring consistency and quality across all client interactions.
- Monitor and assess customer service team performance, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Provide ongoing training and development for the customer service team to ensure a high level of expertise in ERC processing and exceptional service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to address client needs and optimize the ERC processing journey.
- Participate in business development activities, representing the company and its services to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in customer service, with a focus on team management and development.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in leadership.
- Proven experience building and managing a customer service team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with or knowledge of ERC processing is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant customer service software.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field required.
