Job Description
In this position you would be a direct liaison between patients and our providers.
This position would be responsible for but not limited to the following:
· Answering incoming patient calls and gathering information to send to the providers.
· Calling patients with testing results
· Entering lab orders
· Scheduling infusions at various hospitals
· Following up with patients on behalf of Providers based on tasks received through our EHR software
-Calling in medications
-Scheduling office appointments
-Any other duties as requested by your supervisor
A qualified candidate would possess professional skills such as punctuality, attention to detail, communication skills, organization, excellent phone etiquette , confidentiality, teamwork, willingness to learn, good clinical judgement within your scope, EMR knowledge, etc.
Kidney Care Center of Georgia’s working hours are M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm. We do not work any nights or weekends. We also offer a full benefit package!
