Job Summary
Come join the resort Transportation Team and work as a shuttle bus driver. If you make safety a top priority, have a passion for driving, and enjoy providing exceptional guest service, then this is the job for you. No previous commercial driving experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.76 / hour
Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time
Skill Level: Entry Level
Job Responsibilities
Assigns vehicles according to factors such as length and purpose of trip and passenger requirements
Sort and assign guests to trips for drivers
Directs activities of drivers by two-way radio, GPS or other communications devices
Confers with guests to expedite or locate missing, misrouted, delayed, or damaged luggage
Assigns support drivers to assist scheduled route drivers
Answers inquiries from drivers, guests, and reservations department
First point of contact for accidents and incidents
Cancels and adds trips as necessary
Provides feedback to operations managers regarding driver job performance
Supports all company policies that pertain to drivers
Assists with driver training and scheduling if needed
Communicate with other areas of the operation regarding shuttle trip assignments and transfers
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
High School Diploma - required
Must be 21 years of age or older
Satisfactory Driving Record
Valid USA Driver’s License
01 year driving experience or reservations experience at EME - preferred
Be knowledgeable in 2-way radio use and various codes
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
