Overview:
L10 HR Project Manager Role
Responsibilities:
Focus:
Partners with the Venus Project team, local HR, and Stone Mountain M&W leadership on identifying staffing needs for the current Brighton facility through 2023 and future High Point facility workforce for team member roles.
This position will then develop and create the staffing strategy and plan to fill these roles as well as owning the execution of the plan in partnership with local HR, Venus Project Team, and ADP rep.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional/diverse networks) and local community organizations to identify partnerships in the greater Stone Mountain, GA area
Advertising job openings across multiple channels (e.g. job boards, careers pages and social platforms.).
Develop a recruitment strategy that aligns with PepsiCo’s Racial Equality Journey (REJ) Initiatives.
Design any undefined procedures for each hiring stage, including assessments and interview questions – bidding process and selection etc.
Attending job fairs and organizing in-house recruitment events.
Owning and Executing building partnerships and apprenticeship programs with Colorado Community College systems for high priority workgroups in partnership with West Division Campus Lead.
Build relationships and apprenticeship programs with technical schools.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Manage candidates’ information (e.g. resumes and contact details) in our Applicant Tracking System.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual hiring status reports to share with the project team, TA, and local HR .
Ensure to relay all staffing details on a regular cadence to TA Lead and TA team, to ensure alignment and pro-active sourcing efforts for hard to fill leadership roles.
Serve as an advisor to the business and provide guidance to internal stakeholders in designing a tailored recruiting approach to achieve demand.
Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for candidates and the business.
Leverage recruiting expertise to influence key internal stakeholders on highly complex decisions regarding the direction or operation of recruitment activities, programs or a function.
Serve as a "Brand Ambassador" to expand our internal & external footprint to build the Distinctively PepsiCo brand.
Coordinating often with department managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring needs.
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires
While partnering with TMOD Sector team, this position will own the development of creating a best in class team member onboarding plans, for each workgroup as well support in the development & upskilling training programs for current associates moving to newly automated roles.
Qualifications:
TA Background or experience in recruitment program building & execution
Onboarding Program experience preferred, or at least execution of it
Project or Program Management experience or leading through restructure/org design
Ability to take a lateral role if staying in Georgia following 18 month project, or stretch to be a market lead / HRBP
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Oracle Taleo and iCIMS Recruit
Manufacturing or Distribution Center Experience Preferred
