Staff Management at Johnsonville is now offering walk-in interviews, Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM. Quick and easy application and interview process. Our goal is to get you hired full-time by Johnsonville after 320 hours! We have new hire classes weekly. We are currently offering 8 and 10 hour shift options and weekly pay! Choose the shift that works for you - days, afternoons, or nights.

Duties:
Food Production Packaging: As part of the packaging team, you will have the responsibility of sorting and packaging great Johnsonville products. You will play an important role ensuring every product that leaves the facility meets high quality standards. Various departments available such a packaging, shipping and more! Some responsibilities may include:

Position Requirements:
No experience is necessary for this role and we are willing to train folks coming from retail, fast food and other backgrounds. Please bring a positive can do attitude! Immediate start dates available! Public transportation is not available in the area so you must have your own reliable transportation.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
