JOB TITLE:
Data Entry Clerk
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position of Data Entry Clerk requires temporary personnel of five (5) Data Entry Clerks o provide document management support services for one of our clients to perform the following duties:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – DATA ENTRY CLERK:
- Proofread, edit, and correct text files created using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) programs such as Adobe Acrobat
- Conduct research (electronic/physical)
- Perform organization (indexing)
- Prepare records inventories
- Perform access, retrievals, preservation, and assigned security.
- Perform scanning/digitization (paper conversion)
- Perform and maintain electronic inventory tracking
- Performs other data/information collection activities, including document screening.
- Performs document/record maintenance within assigned divisional internal systems
- Perform quality check related to review of documents for accuracy, formatting, and system capability
- Assemble/disassemble documents as required to ensure original documents are reassembled exactly to original state
- Retrieves and processes various media formats, tabs, numbers, labels, and assembles
- Other duties as assigned
- Extensive experience in organizing and prioritizing workflow within specified timelines
- Strong computer knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize work
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER:
- Usage of office equipment, such as computers, scanners and photocopiers to provide quality assurance (input, validate, compile and track council data of project team)
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the Data Entry Clerks by insuring quality control over the accuracy of the data entry team.

- Complete log sheets and reports on tasks’ progress
- Conduct research (electronic/physical)

MINIMUM EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
