The Opportunity:
Four Seasons is currently looking for a Hotel Manager. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is the second most senior leadership role in the hotel.
Essential functions of the job:
General:
- Role model of Leadership Behaviors, inspirational and motivational leader with excellent emotional intelligence
- Ability to develop operational leads for career growth and next steps while influencing operational excellence in hotel through divisional and department head performance.
- Ability to deliver exceptional experiences that draw guests to our hotel as a downtown destination.
- Presence in the operation will be critical to build engagement with staff, guests and members.
- Project management skills/experience will be important to navigate short and long-term operational project initiatives.
- Must have strong Rooms knowledge as we take our guest experience to the next level and develop junior talent for upward growth.
- Must be a strategic thinker as creativity is key to successful activations.
People:
- Emotionally intelligent leader able to connect with staff at all levels is essential to attracting and retaining talent.
- Demonstrates a commitment to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging efforts, effectively listening for understanding and enhancing the culture.
- Continue a strong history of producing talent for the company while attracting new talent.

Product:
- Proven track record in improving overall Guest Experience Scores as this is a big focus for the hotel
- Ensure relationships with guests and patrons are exceptional
- Establish a relationship with heavy base of return guests and VIPs.
- Passion for product and service innovation are necessary in support of performance targets. Key to this will be elevating the guest experience through creative programming while maintaining position as luxury leader.
- Ability to relate to a diverse demographic within the employee and customer base.
Profit:
- Strong business acumen is essential for developing trust and support from ownership.
- Slow market recovery post COVID, thus creativity to find and deliver on new revenue opportunities is key. Collaboration with Director of Marketing and Sales team is essential.
- Ability to collaborate with ownership to align with Four Seasons goals and principles.
Key Requirements:
- Strong background in Front Office, Housekeeping and Rooms operational leadership roles (5-7 years minimum)
- Luxury hotel experience
- Candidate must already have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Proven effectiveness in strategic planning and execution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $165,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
